Best Brake Pads for spirited driving and track!

The Boxster S is in dire need of some new brake pads and I wanted some input on which brake pad would be the best for my uses.
Also if the brake pad wear light came on does that mean I need to replace the sensors?


I am looking for a good brake pad for mostly very fast street driving and still good enough for an occasional track day!
I like to enjoy the car and let her rev out to 7k so im always on the brakes. I feel like the stock pads went pretty quick. Maybe less brake more gas!! haha

Do the Pagid Blues squeal in street driving? I heard these are a good option.

If the brake light is on, then at least one of the sensors will need replacement.

I use RBC Redstuff for spirited street driving combined with a few track days. They are ceramic and very low dust and don't squeal after break in. Generally affordable when compared to race oriented pads.

Almost all race oriented pads are going to squeal when cold, that's the trade off.

Is there also a tradeoff with the longer lasting pads with faster rotor wear?

I suppose its a balance between rotor and pad wear rates ?

I read somewhere that typically you replace rotors every 2nd Pad change?

And a friend who tracks a ZR1 (carbon ceramics) tracked the Boxster and said, "I want my brakes to feel like that."
