General help with compatible parts for 2003 Boxster S

Hi everyone,
I am a proud new Porsche owner, finally!
I bought a project that was within my budget to replace my Miata auto cross car. I wanted to look a little more grown up and have a more comfortable car to cruise around with the top down.

My question arises out of searching for compatible parts. A lot of people on here post dealer service photos that have blown up individual parts numbered, I was just wondering where those are found?

I have a 2003 Boxster S and am needing to replace the left front as it was damaged in an accident. The entire left front suspension, body panels, plastic pieces, hoses, etc. are all of these items minus the front bumper all the same from base model to the S model?

From what I've found, it looks like everything is the same 01-04 except the brakes and front bumper cover. I don't expect everyone to do the work for me but if you could point me in the direction of where I can look up compatibility that would be great. I am happy to be a new member of the 986 forums!

I plan on doing some upgrades as I fix it since it will be much more economical to do then, I will start a build thread soon as I gather more parts and start this project up.

Is there a way to search compatibility? I suppose you could match part numbers? Another part is how do you know a part is specific to a certain model? Like as an option.

There were only a couple options for parts diagrams. While the ones they have were great, I am looking for suspension and front end trim/plastic pieces mostly.
