Every year since 2006 its gone into winter hibernation from about mid-October to April. This year I did not get the car out until mid-May do to weather (rainy spring). So this year's was the longest wait. 7 months. But I do drive the 993 from March (as soon as most all of the salt dust is gone) till Thanksgiving weekend.

I am only Porsche-less about 3.5 months. I actually enjoy the break during the winter. Every spring I rip out 2 new cars.

The longest wait ever was when I ordered my car in August of 2005 and did not get delivery until late March 2006. It was a custome build with an open February build allocation. Thyat was brutal.

3 months vacation! That's awesome. I'd be lucky to get 3 days in a row off! Rent a Porsche over there !

2 week vacation

Only once have I gone longer than 5 days without DRIVING the Boxster. It was a really nice two week vacation. The only problem was that it happened 3 weeks after I got the car:eek:

Is there a misspelling here?

Are you asking what's the longest you've been away from the car, or the NOS button?

Just askin'..........
