Although it is good to have a game-plan, a person can spend a lot of energy troubleshooting a problem in one's mind, without actually looking at the problem. The car will need to go on a lift, or up some ramps, in-order to find the source of your leak.

It is possible too that you might have a leak on one of the lines that go to/from the transmission cooler. In my experience with Audi Tiptronic transmissions, the source of the leak is usually the output shaft seal/seals that leak. The other four areas are possible; but again, you will need to get under the car and look for the source of your leak.
