I have yet to put the 19s on my car yet so I am not one who can tell you how much of a difference there is between 18 and 19s. The 245s that I run are actually track tires which I believe will have a slightly wider footpriint than a street tires, so you are probably ok there. I have yet to hear about anyone running 285s in the rear without modification especially if you are going to lower the car. To me it seems like you are trying to go to the most extreme edge possible with your choices and usually when you do that something isn't going to fit right . I would do some more research and get confirmation from other pcar owners that what you are wanting to do will work. It's better to get it right the first time.
