Spoiler Won't Raise with Toggle Switch - Help
 

My spoiler is not raising when I use the toggle switch. I checked the fuse and it is fine. And yes, the key is in the "on" position.

I am in the process of installing a new stereo and have all the center dash switches, etc removed as well as the instrument cluster. Does anyone know if having this stuff removed will prevent the spoiler from being able to be raised? Any ideas as to what may be going on?

Never-mind. Figured it out. The instrument cluster must be installed in order to raise the spoiler.
