Litronic dip not equal?

I installed a set of litronic lights with the computer. Both headlights move, but not equal amounts. When I turn on the lights then turn on the ignition, the drivers side lamp dips significantly (maybe 10-15 degrees) down then about 5 up before leveling off. The passenger side though barely moves a degree or two. Both lights move a bit (supposedly 1.5 degrees according to the information I found previously) when the high beam is engaged.

Any idea why the passenger side is not dipping as much as the drivers side?

I checked the connectors and both are solid. Particulalry the one on the mounting plate. There is no give in this connector and all bulbs work.

Also, the drivers side internal wiring is cracking. A lot. Should I ignore it, spray it with plasti-dip, or bite the bullet and actually rewire it?

Thanks for any insights.

PS: I have been searching for an answer, but haven't found it yet. Hence the post on an old subject.

My best guess is that the electric leveling motor on the passenger side is broken. The part number may be: 996 631 125 00. You should be able to see a parts diagram by entering the number on the ******************************************** site. I'm unable to upload a photo.

You and the forum are awesome. Problem is solved. I pulled, and reseated, the plug for the motor (now that I know what that item was and where it was located) and now it dips once more. I can't tell offhand if it dips the same as the drivers side as I had to place a board in front of the light to see it when I turned on the headlights (drivers side is about 10 feet away fromt he wall, but the passenger side has too much clutter in front of it), but I can see it dip significantly. Looks like inches (board was about 18~24 inches away) instead of centimeters like the previous test.
