OK. I will close this thread to support a "cooling off period." HB, I suggest you calm down and figure out what you really want. Then, communicate directly with the vendor "off line" or on the phone and see if you can work out something that works for both of you.

Yes, you are pissed but most folks make bad decisions when they are pissed.
