Too funny... went to school there back in the late 80's...
The solonoid is on the starter and the ignition relay I believe is in slot 2 in the trunk relay bank.
Jagar is also right if the Voltage on your battery is on the low side these things are picky about
starting up. Keep it on the charger overnight and see what happens in the morning.
