Doggie seat cover?
Anyone found a good one? My co-pilot (not wife) needs something to keep her paw dirt off the seat.

wet okole. I had them in a previous car. Most could not tell they were seat covers. They provide some extra cushioning as well. very easy to clean. Not cheap though but neither is your expensive leather.

I use a towel that is about the same color as my seats. I also store them in the trunk just in case I'm out someplace and get dirty I have something to sit on. |
I tried a towel. My dog's bigger than yours (Brittany) and she has it all bunched up or off the seat in about 5 minutes.

I got lucky. My spouse made one with ties to anchor it.
BTW: be sure to install an air bag deactivation bar with the necessary buckle. When installed, dealer will need to activate this feature. Otherwise, a collision will hurt your pooch when the bag inflates. |
My dog is too active and can't settle down in the Boxster. He rides fine in the back of the dog hauler but I would need to put him in a big sack to avoid having him scratch up everything in the interior of my car. It's just too exciting for him.

They actually sell doggy seat belts. whether the dog would settle down is another issue...

Towel, big, works for us :)
