Rear spoiler not working as it should
 

replaced the rear spoiler assembly with a used assembly but its only raising up about a 1/2 inch and stopping, controlled by the footwell switch. there doesnt appear to be anything restricting the movement, have spent little time on this problem but would be grateful for any advice :)
