[Help] Caliper part and can it be replaced?

Hello All,

I'm new to the forums and I didn't know where to post this technical question about Porsche caliper.

So I have a set of used calipers and one of these pad retaining posts are damaged. Is there a way to replace this and how to do you remove it (Looks like can be removed, but can it be replaced)? I've searched for days looking for it, but I don't even know what it's called.

I've add a picture to show (mind you this is not my caliper) and I've pointed out what i'm talking about.

Thanks!
