Good wrench in Coachella Valley
 

I've been seaching Google and the yellow pages to no avail. Well, did find one or two but the reviews left me feeling less than stellar. Anyone know a good Porsche mechanic (aside form the local Porsche dealer) in the Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta area?

I don't, but one of the best shops in the country is just 1.5 hrs away. 911 Design in Montclair. The owner is also an active Porsche cup racer who won the Pirelli Cup Gold this year at Circuit of the Americas Houston TX.

I had the weirdest experience there when I went to look/maybe buy a Spec Boxster. I chalked it up to a bad day (for them).
