got the bearing replaced yesterday. what a difference the car is back to normal-the bearing he took out was trashed and the grease looked like oatmeal..they ordered the wrong bearing so i had to wait a bit longer for it but he gave me a good discount, total cost 377.40 so not too bad..i guess the right rear bearings on 01 and 02 S models are commonly faulty..
