metal in oil filter

i am not stressing over it . if the metal was magnetic i would . that is why i think 3000 mile oil changes are best for our cars . we can really keep an eye on what's going on in our internals. i must say i did panic a little when i first saw the shavings but after taking a closer look they are very small and few. i always see little plastic stuff and very fine metal flakes .
