Suncoastporsche.com has them for $30.00 + shipping.

http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=P&Product_Code=00072192040&Category_Code=986maint

I have ordered things from them before and they where excellent.

A guy sells them on ebay for $33 plus $6.00 shipping at url

I bought one from my local Pep Boys parts store 2 weeks ago. It fits perfectly and was only $2.49. I think the brand was something like "Rite Fit" and the model was A251. Let me know if you plan on going this route and I will verify the part number.

I went with this one from eBay for $30. It is for 944's but works for Boxsters as well. It has a 3/8 drive size.

Any auto parts store. Mine was $7.99 at AutoZone. I will go confirm it, but mine is 74mm across with 14 flats and fits perfectly.

I looked quickly for the wrench, but didn't see it in my drawer where it's supposed to be. I can look more thoroughly tomorrow after I meet my deadline for the project I'm working on.

If you want to measure it, you measure across the diameter from flat to flat, then count the number of flats on the filter cup.

I verified the information above. My filter wrench is a "Rite-Fit" model A251. I bought is 2 weeks or so ago for $2.49 at Pep Boys. It has 14 sides and fits the filter housing perfectly. It is metal and was stamped in China.
