Boxster out of commission for a couple of months- use a battery charger?

My Boxster will be out of commission for a couple of months and I was wondering what I should do with the battery? Someone bought me one of those Diehard battery chargers as a gift and I was wondering if I should use that thing. If not, what should I do to avoid draining a good battery?

Charger:
DieHard 10 Amp Manual Battery Charger: Power Up in No Time With Sears

I would not use this model as a battery maintainer..

Note the faceplate - Manual Operation - Must be Monitored...
Good for charging a dead or low battery, but not for a battery tender.

This model would be better suited for maintaining a charge..
Battery Tender Plus 12V Battery Charger: Maintain Batteries with Sears
