Confirm: Window Regulator Replacement and Airbag

Fellas,
Needing to do a Regulator swap tomorrow on my driver's side and wanted to confirm something with the airbag. I'm going to follow this guide: Boxster Projects | Power Window Motor Repair

If I disconnect the battery, is this enough to keep the airbag from accidentally deploying? Do I need to do anything special to not trigger an airbag light on the dash?

Thanks!

Disconnect the battery and wait one minute before disconnecting and removing the air bag.

^ I second this advice. I replaced a regulator a while back and that is what I did. It isn't a bad DIY.
Good luck!
