Ahhhh! The sweet sound of no exhaust leak! Wonderful.

Total cost was 58. I got the wrong flange gasket so used the old one. Seems fine but overall very happy.

The guy at the dealership showed me what they use to clean the headers. Its a compressed air powered angle dye grinder and the twist lock "cookie" medium coarse sanding disc. Harbor freight has them. What a easy way to clean! On the engine side I was told to use a sand paper and thats what i did - 30 grit. Came out smooth.

Torqued to 19 lbs - Thanks Heiko.
