Talking Stone Chip Fix

I just finished "coloring in" a couple of very small stone chips on my black non metallic boxster. I used my new Autosharp pen by Autovisuals and it worked just great. Very easy to control and the color match was perfect. Tomorrow I'll hit the areas with Blitz Wax (I removed the wax in the areas of the chips using a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol). Also worked very well on some very fine line scratchs on my spoiler.

Ive got several little chips in the front dam, and a few of them are actually textured with little pits or bumps.

Any idea how to deal with the pits and bumps?
