after a bath. I didn't realize the dirt effected the aerodynamics so much!

What speed did you notice the improvements.

I'm into aerodynamics and would love to hear of any wind tunnel info etc for Boxsters if anyone knows where to get that.

I can tell you that very smooth disturbance free surfaces have Laminar airflow under some conditions which creates less drag than rough surfaces (dirty) which transistions the airflow to turbulent flow sooner and results in greater drag.

Since air flow drag varies exponentially with speed the faster you go the greater the impact of the drag you will notice.
