The same thing happened to me when I unplugged the wiring harness to my seat. If you have access to a PS2 tool, then you can reset it yourself. That's the only way to turn it off. The dealer charged me 50 bones to turn it off, but i think they shoulda done it for free. Some dealers do it for free. It only takes a couple of minutes.

And like Nautiquelfe said, just unplug your battery before you do the work next time. Also be sure to have your radio code handy.

The window regulator thing is a fairly common problem. If you end up replacing it yourself, we'd like to hear how it goes.
