Non-Smoker Package

I just purchased the non-smoker package from BumperPlugs.

This should be an easy install; but for the life of me I can't remove the elec connector and buttons from the original unit.

The guy from BumperPlugs says to "squeeze from the back, they snap in and out".
I've squeezed and pulled everywhere.

The switches have four little lugs on them, two on each of the long sides near the ends. I know it's scary but a good tug and twist should do it.

You have removed the piece... and you're pulling them from behind? Just making sure. Try pushing on the switch side as you do it maybe?
