Arrow 6mm Spacers In Boxster

I am going to install 6mm spacers in my Boxster MY99 (manual transmission) with SportClassic II wheels
Front: 7,5 J x 18 ET 50
Rear: 9 J x 18 ET 52

Two questions:

1. Recommended by Porsche is 5mm...... Can I try 6mm? no problem?
2. Will I need longer bolts or just standard bolts?

Regards.

I bet you could go with 6mm spacers and not hurt your bearings. That's not much difference. Now going to 15-20mm spacers is a different story.

Rubbing on the other hand is a thing of it's own. You'll have to try them to see if you have any rubbing issues. It all depends on the width and height of your tires.

For the wheel bolts, you should be able to turn the bolt 6 turns before it is tight.

I don't have experience with tires of your size on your model so I can't tell you if you're going to get rubbing or not. Can anyone else tell him if he's gonna have problems?
