Removing Stock Seat Backs
 

Anyone know how to remove the plastic center insert from the seat back off stock seats? I am talking about the plastic that the map pouch attaches to.

I read somewhere else that they are clipped on ( I can't see any screws ) but they don't seem to lift off.
