PIAA bulbs anyone?

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with PIAA bulbs? I heard that the cheaper bulbs burn out quickly, and that the PIAA's were suppose to be of higher quality. Any info or personal experiences on any aftermarket bulbs would be very appreciated!!! Thanks!

I like the Sylvania Silverstars. I've had it in my boxster and hummer for a year and a half with no problems.

Before I bought the Litronics I used the Silverstars, didn't notice too much of a difference, then went with a REVO light which shines at 5300K (HID) they looked like HID"s and was very happy with them, however they got too hot and started to melt the housing thus leaving a brown/yellow stain in the light case.

I then upgraded to Litronics.

I would stay safe and stick with the SilverStars, then upgrade to the Litronics when your ready.

PIAA's $80
REVO: $80
Silver Star: $40 at Pep Boys

USed PIAAs in the past - Extreme White or Platinum white are good bulbs

Not tried the Silverstarst so cannot comment on how the PIAA compare to them, but the light quality is much better than stock (and they look better too)
