strange scrreching sound from engine

had the car warmup to operating temp,had let it idle for about 10 min before I took it out.200meter down the road when I tried to pull away from a stop sign it kinda stalled and later heard a metallic screeching sound(rotational) for about 5 sec and it completely dissapeared later.has anybody encountered something like this beofre..any suggestion

Screech can be belt, tensioner or roller bearings, low PS fluid. Ck the PS fluid first, if it needs it, you need to locate pentosin.

a bomb that went wrong?! The fused burned but the bomb didn't blown up? Dunno.... r u sure you've checked everywhere mate? Debts? chemist? middle-eastern links???
