Has anybody removed the CDC4 CD changer?
 

As per the title, has anybody successfully removed their CD changer from their Boxster?

Mine has a dodgy door mechanism which I want to fix, but I'm having trouble removing the changer from the bracket. I can't confirm from Googling whether I need to unbolt the bracket from the back of the trunk - it seems like I should be able to just slide the bracket up from the clips but I can't free it despite prying at it quite hard.

Hints? God, I'm bad at this stuff. :confused:
