John Bergen Boxster S Bassist Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: Moraga, CA Posts: 96	Alloy wheel maintenance? I have the 18" twist alloys (love how they look though 18's with the low profile tires don't work all that well on our crappy California roads!) and want to know best approach to clean and maintain them. I have alloy wheel cleaner and have read in the owners manual to put vaseline on them! I have also read about simply waxing them. That seems preferable to vaseline which just seems gunky and strange!
