Litronic LIGHTS

I just noticed something about my LITRONICS. The projector bulb looks fogged white on both of them. My friend noticed them because he installed some new HIDs in his car. I was looking at some pictures of other members posts; however, theirs aren't fogged! I would post some pics, but my car is in the shop. What do you guys suggest? Anyone else have this problem before?
