You can use an anti-squeal spray by Wurth's on your Pad Vibration Damper or just replace them. I would bed my pads first...get to a good stretch of road, get up to a about 50mph and then stop hard without locking the brakes. Do that 3-4 times and then see if you have any problems. I would also suggest replacing the rotors if they have 60K or more on them.

Bedding in the pads does help on the squealing. Also when I installed my Pagid's I chamfered the leading edge of the pad per the suggestion of the dealer. No noise what so ever going forward (sometimes a light squeal when backing up) and I did not use any anti-squeal goop.

Something to keep in mind.
