Options for 06 not available on 05?

As I understand it, the 2005 Boxster production year is over and any orders for new cars would be for the 2006 model.

However, porscheusa.com does not appear to show a list of options for 06.

I have heard that there is at least one option for 06 not available on 05 -- an electronic Tire Pressure Monitoring System. True?

Does anyone know of any other new options on the O6 Boxster?

As I understand it yes...On another note, I have been asking my dealer about XM radio. It is available as on option on the Cayenne, however it is still not available as an option on the Boxster and it still isn't available in '06.

Now I've heard something about a "Sports Exhaust" for MY 06. Anyone have any info about what that entails?

If orders are being taken only for 06, why does it seem to be so hard to get an 06 options list?

Thanks 98.

Looks like you've found an options price list from Finland, in English, with prices in Euro.

The list shows "Tire Pressure Monitoring System" and "Sports Exhaust System" (still not sure what the latter means).

And I see something called "Sport Design Package" -- don't know what that is.

Another option is "5mm Spacers -- Front and Rear" -- I don't remember seeing wheel spacers listed in the 2005 options.

Also, it looks like "Home Link" and "Cruise Control" have been removed from the standard equipment and turned into options (at least in Europe -- here too?).

Anyone else notice other differences?

sport exhaust...

Think it's similar to this one that's available for the 986.
