I'm not exactly sure what your referring to ? But, a properly designed aftermarket bumper will utilized the same mounting points as the original, and there shouldn't be any reason to eliminate underbody shields or air dams (?) .

You are correct, I was hoping to have my wheels ready by then but things happened. Anyway here is a crappy cell phone shot of what it should have looked liked at the Palooza. Ignore the lovely cars in the background
I still can't believe I didn't win best Boxster...lol

I like the black hood with red, more than I thought I would. If anything grabs my eye it's the radiators peeking out the huge vents. I'd shoot therm black to diminish the draw of your eye. otherwise, It's a cool car that I'm sure gets a lot of attention, nice job.

I recall from a previous for sale post by another member that was selling the same RUF front bumper, it comes with its own under body shield and airdams.

I know that the Ruf bumper comes with it's own dedicated set of front intake ducts . However, I'm not sure about an underbody shield . Most aftermarket bumpers reuse the oem ducts . Wingnut2u should know.

Wingnut2u, although both versions look spectacular, I like the original look better without the black hood wrap...very clean!

I agree the wrap will not be for everyone, it only cost me $100 to put it on, so I really consider this to be a test run as I can always just peel it off.

JD you are correct the RUF bumper came with all of its own ducting but I am pretty sure that it used the factory undertray as I do not have a spare laying around my garage from the original install
