I wanted to buy that same one but Alois was asking 2K if I remember right, add paint and it was over my budget, went with the GT3 and lip.

You can order the RUF bumper through GT-Racing for under 1K.

That's a knock-off version that's made out of FRP . And, I suspect that the fit and finish is very crude .

This may be a dumb question but here goes. If you add a bumper like this to a non-S does the air going into the center cavity cause problems?

The short answer is no. In fact, you'll find that virtually every aftermarket bumper incorporates the center air channel . This poses no problem for a non S boxster . It's simply easier to create a single design .

On this replacement and on the one you have (Johnny D) do the under body shield and airdams that were stock all mount back in on either S or Non-S.

I'm not exactly sure what your referring to ? But, a properly designed aftermarket bumper will utilized the same mounting points as the original, and there shouldn't be any reason to eliminate underbody shields or air dams (?) .
