Yeah but my manual is for the _987_ (model year 2005, issued in May 2005) and I recognized it as a major change - and happy to learn that I won't have to restrict myself with my new S... Anyway, I would rather consider the 4200RPM limit as something for the driver and not the engine to break in / get used to As a summer weekend car, it would take me months to get past the first few thousand miles.
