Power Loss in Heavy Rain
 
Hi , Today whilst driving along the motorway in heavy rain, i suffered a feeling that the engine was retarded , a loss of power, then the check engine light, came on and had to be recovered home,

before i take it to my garage next week , any body got any ideas ?

Sounds like cracked coil packs. If they get wet they might not be firing correct. Or something to do win the coil pack connectors. That's my guess
