Aluminum look radio surround to match?..
 

I have the aluminum look rear consule but am having trouble finding a matching radio surround. Sun coast sells a silver radio surround but I am not sure that's gonna match up.
The other option is removing the surround and having it painted to match.
If I want to remove it how do I accomplish it? I've searched for instructions but no luck thus far.
I also was wanting to change out the ash tray for the non-smoker tray and have it painted to match too.
