3rd brake light-reversing polarity of the connector

I am in the middle of trying to reverse the polarity of my 3rd brake light connector. I am trying to release the leads from the connector without braking anything. I am not sure how to move the little black tabs in order to unlock the leads.......help please I dont want to break anything!!!
