Changed clutch - check engine light and weird noise straight after..

Hey all,

I changed my clutch this weekend. Everything went okay, just a few hiccups. The car seems to be running great, however after a minute or so of driving it the check engine light came on and the car starting to make a strange noise. I immediately stopped the car and let it sit about 30 seconds. I then started the car again and it has been running fine since (about 20 minutes of driving).

Thoughts? seems very strange..
