Where is it supposed to live in the car? Mine appears to me missing, as I discovered when searching for the towing eye on a track day...

There should be a canvas like cover over the spare tire in the front trunk, which has pouches on it; the tool kit should live in one the pouches.

On my 97 the tool roll is held next to the spare tire with a velcro strap. I'm not sure if this changed in later years.
