Wire routing

Hey All,
I'm looking to run RCA's from my HU to the frunk. I want to leave the factory speaker bundle intact for easy install (I think). Not seeing an easy way to run the RCA's out. Can anyone share their experience on how to accomplish this. Pictures would be a serious asset for me to work with.

theres a 2 inch rubber grommet above the clutch pedal. then use the rubber grommet to the passenger side if the battery
