I am selling a set of Eibach lowering springs for 986
They were on my car for about 25K miles and are perfectly fine
I took them out as I upgraded to PSS9

If you want to go for on aggressively lowered look of your car (and improved handling) they're the way to go

$200 shipped, $160 local pickup (San Francisco Bay Area)

ARGGGH: Sorry posted in the wrong place, moderator can you please move this to "Classifieds"?

I'm interested.

How much do they lower the car? 1'', 2''?

ChrisZang 04-02-2011 03:35 PM

I think we lowered the car 1.25 in the front and 1.75 in the rear
Let me put it like this: The clearance between the ground and the mount points for the car jack was 4" all around

ok.. i will.. but preliminarily, how much you think it would cost to put them on? Will I need any other parts to install it? can I lower the car to only 1 inch with them?

ChrisZang 04-02-2011 07:08 PM

good questions!

a) how much will it cost to install them? I don't remember what I paid but I'd guess somewhere in the $600 range, you will also need an alignment
b) will you need any other parts? Yes, you will need adjustable rear toe arms
c) can you drop the car less? I don't think so. It's pretty much predefined by where the springs want to settle

Cheers

Still available? Are these the "Pro kit"

Is it gonna be a problem if i dont install adjustable rear toe arms?

Thanks.
