Chick car.... UGH!
I am really getting fed up with my friends and coworkers telling me my Boxster is a CHICKS CAR...... Am I the only one?!?! Has anyone else gotten this ridiculous insult??
OK! I bought a white one, but that doesnt make it a CHICK car.... UGH! So annoyed right now....
Im gonna please myself and say that they're just saying this out of pure jealousy!

Take it as a compliment. Some of the women in NH can't be distinguished from the men !

Boys...boys...boys...
C'mon now...
In this politically correct, gender neutral, society we are all having a hand in building, there is simply no such thing as a 'Chick Car' anymore.
Just as there are no more Whops, Degos, Micks, Spooks, Indians, Kikes, Pollocks, Krauts, Chincs, Spics, Frogs, Limeys, Canooks, Bohunks, Russkis, Eskimos, Japs, etc.
Let's not turn back the evolutionary clock now by perpetuating the existance of the 'Chick Car'.
If someone calls it a 'Chick Car', just call them a Bigot!
Cheers!

Just tell them that "chicks" love the looks of the Boxster and they ALL want to go for a ride in it. Then just smile with a smirk and ask them, "When was the last time a chick asked for a ride in your car?"

I'm taking a very attractive young lady to lunch on Mon b/c she wants to ride in my Cayman. No one ever asked me to take them to lunch in my PT Cruiser.

If it's getting you that wound up... maybe you're being a little chick-ish about it. Just kidding...
Give us a list of the automobiles your friends and coworkers drive. I suspect it will be a fine assortment of grocery-getters, general POS, and a few external penile implants (i.e. Mustangs).
Only once have I had anyone yell a homophobic slur at me in my Boxster... interestingly, it was from two teenage guys walking down the street together. I backed up, flashed my wedding ring, pointed out that _I_ wasn't the one taking a stroll with another guy, dumped the clutch, and shot the bird as I smoked away. Juvenile? Yes. Rewarding? Yes.
Play this game with yourself: As you're driving home from work, make a list of every car you see that you'd rather own than your white Boxster. You'll soon realize that the list is INCREDIBLY short, and that your friends and coworkers are pathetic.
You might also suggest, if it is in fact your belief, that you will score more action in your white "chick car" than anyone of them will in their Nissan Cube, Yaris, Prius, or El Camino.

I drive a Smart ForTwo as my daily commuter - The Boxster is actually my saving grace.
I get railed on regularly because of the Smart, haha! (Can you fit groceries in there, can you drive on the highway, where do you plug it in? etc...) UGGGGHHHH
