I'm from Maui and have shipped several vehicles to and from the West coast. Typically it takes less than a week for the transport but they will tell you up to three weeks. Contact Matson shipping. I would ship it from Oakland or Seattle as they are less backed up than LA. Be sure to ask if your car will be in a container. Usually I had no problems but my sister inlaw's Corolla arrived in Kahului with the interior soaked with seawater.
