convertible top in atlanta

does anyone know a reputable indy in atlanta that will install a new top if i buy one online? how much does it typically cost?

it's generally around $500 for the installation. it does take awhile.

my favorite shop is ProFormance Place; reggie is a stand-up guy. he's a little on the expensive side, but that's because he only has to do things once. 770.514.1448. he's on south cobb drive in smyrna/marietta.


you can also try rylands. they're also a decent indy shop & will probably have the better rate.

thanks insite. did you replace yours? did you go with the glass window? is so, thoughts? pros/cons, regrets?

i did mine myself before the glass version was available. as i understand it, the glass is great in day to day operation. the problem is that it encumbers acccess to the engine hatch, which would preclude me from going that route.

is the glass window quieter than the plastic?

I've got the GAHH top, and the plastic is well past it. Im thinking about replacing the top with glass, but the engine access problem bothers me.
