max rear camber with PSS9

Hi,

i got hold of some reasonable priced used PSS9 and was wondering if someone who has PSS9 could tell me what the max neg REAR camber is I can get w/o additional camber plates or GT3 control arms. BTW: I have rear adjustable toe links

For the front I have GT3 lower control arms, so I am all set there

Thanks

The same amount you were able to get with the stock set-up. On these cars, changing camber will not effect how close the tire is to the shock/spring, and changing the struts will not yield more camber by themselves. .

Hmmmm,

thanks for the answer but I haven't had a stock setup for a few years, so wouldn't able to remember.
Does anyone know what the stock setup would give me?

Tahnks

Cool, fresh suspension! I need to do that before Fontana in April:)

Camber, toe, and ride height are all interrelated so the answer is: it depends on your ride height and desired toe. The Box Spec guys that run minimum ride height usually target about -3 degrees front and rear. Some run -2 degrees. Here is a recent discussion on lowering and alignment targets:

Thank you, very informative link.

here is a bonus question for anyone who has PSS9 + GT3 LCA:

I will be installing the PSS9 in the front with GT3 LCA w/o camber plates
a) Is there a rule of thumb how much mm of camber plates I need to add for each degree neg camber? I understand that the PSS9 already add neg camber due to lowering the car.
b) or if I want to shoot for about 2 ~ 2.5 degree neg camber how much mm in camber plates do I need to add?
c) what's the limit in how much camber plates I can add?

Thanks in advance
