Brake Calipers Colour
 

Help me to take a decision about which colour to choose in my brake calipers.
Red with decal in white: the standard in boxster S
Yellow with decal in black: the new style model in 987 and Carrera GT

I'd go with the yellow, it's different from the normal red stock color.

I say red
 

If the car is silver, yellow may look out of place, for there is no other trace of yellow on the car. There is red in the Porsche logo (+ P Zero logo) and on the tail lights so it seems like it'd be more fitting in terms of color coordinating. Additionally, yellow will proudly display any brakedust -red being darker will disguise it a little better.

I say red because yellow is ceramic and no one will believe you have ceramic brakes, but they might think you upgraded to the big red brakes Porsche uses.

My triple black will get red painted calipers one day.

I say Yellow, just bevause it's diff. :D

are you painting it yourself or are you buying new callipers?

Why to buy new calipers? just painting!....
