People need to know that this is not an expensive job. I paid $1,800 including the clutch, new flywheel and replacing the RMS seal with the Cayenne unit. Shop labor was $85 an hour. I guess it works out to 2 hours to drop the trans, 2 hours to extrat the old (piece of CAKE on my car using the LN special extraction tool) and another 2 hours to put it back together. Just don't change the oil before having this done since they'll need change the oil after the old bearing is taken out.
I also had the rear axle boots (both were torn) replaced while everything was dismantled, which is a two hour job by the 'book rate'.
