Well, either the seller is mis-informed, not too bright, and believes what he is saying, or it's a deliberate attempt at fraud. Either way, it's not a car that I would take a second glance at.

That's come up before...we all know from the forums that the prior owner pointed out out all the mis-representations and the mileage rollback.

I even emailed the seller to say the mileage was incorrect, but never got a response.
