I wanted to say "Hi", have been reading up on Boxster info for weeks now. I finally pulled the trigger and picked up a Seal Grey 2004 with 67,700 on the odometer.

Still waiting on delivery, as the PPI is pending by a local Porsche specialist before all that fun stuff gets finalized. Looking into ordering the LN IMS retrofit kit and getting it on there shortly. A Bentley manual is already on order.

I'm looking forward to ownership, and to maintaining this gorgeous car. I've been lusting after them since they were introduced, and finally I've one coming to my garage.

I was in Woodcraft after the test drive and was talking to a guy about the Porsche of powertools - Festool - and turned out he has a Boxster and is also on the forum!! His screen name is adrian k.

What a beauty! Congrats. The 04's are really nice with the glass window in the top and the glove box. I'm jealous!

I was glad to find one with the glass top. This car sort of fell into my lap after an '01 S fell through (thanks to the salesman not holding it...). I feel the '04 was a better deal overall.
